Set up Critical Alerts for issue categories

Learn how to set up Critical Alerts for high-priority issues via the web app.

What are Critical Alerts?

Critical Alerts notifies the right people the moment a high-priority issue occurs, enabling them to act before it escalates. Even if a device is muted or set to Do Not Disturb, notifications are delivered to ensure visibility when it matters most. This is especially crucial in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and mining, where safety is at high risk.

Critical Alerts eliminates communication gaps during emergencies and reduces response times to high-severity incidents. By making sure the right people receive timely alerts for high-priority issues, teams can act quickly to prevent issues and minimize downtime.
